Services Approach

Mailroom services are provided onsite at the Payer's premises.

The point of start for our data capture services can be pre-scanning or post scanning. We prefer to start with scanning to ensure the image quality provides adequate clarity for data entry. Documents are scanned onsite or offisite and sent offshore for data capture. After quality assurance, the output file is sent to client. The entire data capture process is completed within 12 hours.
