Dr. Karun Philip is the Chairman & CEO and a co-founder of Tranquilmoney. Prior to this, Dr. Philip ran Imagine Technologies, Inc., a company focused on using proprietary imaging and workflow technologies to enable and outsource remote back office operations for the healthcare and financial services industries. Dr. Philip has an M.S. and Ph.D. in Computer Engineering and Biomedical Engineering from the University of Iowa, and B.E. in Electrical Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology & Science, Pilani, India. Before founding Imagine Technologies, Dr. Philip worked in the R&D center at TCS, India's largest Software Company, in the field of imaging technology. Bert Lee is the Vice President of Business Development for pharmacy and medical supplies and is a cofounder of Tranquilmoney. Formerly Vice President at McKesson Corp, heading McKesson's PaySystems division, Mr. Lee is a licensed pharmacist as well as a former retail pharmacy and medical supplies business owner. His knowledge and experience have contributed to the success of our pharmacy receivables business. Mr. Lee has very strong industry relationships and is often featured in industry publications. Ms.Nilina Kuriakose is the Executive Vice President of Tranquilmoney. Prior to joining Tranquilmoney, Ms. Kuriakose worked at Tata Consultancy Services, India's largest software company. Ms. Kuriakose currently heads Tranquilmoney's operations in India. In her earlier roles at Tranquilmoney, she was critical in introducing and implementing Total Quality Management systems in all our departments including IT development and BPO operations. Ms. Kuriakose holds a bachelor's degree in Commerce from Kerala University and a master's in Computer Applications from College of Engineering, Trivandrum. Harpal Maini is an advisory board member and a co-founder of Tranquilmoney. Mr. Maini was formerly a trader in the Global Asset Securitization group at Deutsche Bank. Earlier at Morgan Stanley, Mr. Maini developed mathematical models for trading and traded fixed income securities. He has been instrumental in developing a comprehensive structured finance product at Tranquilmoney. Mr. Maini has a Ph.D. in Computer Science from Syracuse University, and a B.E. from Birla Institute of Technology & Science, Pilani, India. |
